Order Cancellations (Before Service Activation)

You may cancel your order before it is processed or activated and receive a full refund. To cancel your order:

  • Contact us via live chat, email, or postal mail
  • Provide your account email address for identification
  • If the service has not yet started, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method
24-Hour Trial Offer

We provide a 24-hour trial to test the platform without commitment. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your subscription within this window at no cost.

To cancel during the trial:

  • Use your REHYPE dashboard
  • Or contact us by email or live chat within 24 hours

No charges will apply and your subscription will not renew.

14-Day Refund Guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the following conditions apply:

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days
  • Delivery was partial or has not started
  • You are still within a trial period (if applicable)
❌ Refunds are not available if:
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
  • Service has already been fully delivered
  • No valid issue was reported during the allowed timeframe
