You may cancel your order before it is processed or activated and receive a full refund. To cancel your order:

- If the service has not yet started, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method

No charges will apply and your subscription will not renew.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the following conditions apply:

- Delivery was partial or has not started
- You are still within a trial period (if applicable)
❌ Refunds are not available if:
- More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
- Service has already been fully delivered
- No valid issue was reported during the allowed timeframe
